I had a great experience with Alma at Endocare SF. She was absolutely amazing to work with so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Alma was able to get my husband scheduled for the very next day, which we truly appreciated, and she went above and beyond to help me understand and break down all of his insurance costs. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. What truly stood out was that she even called the next day to check in on how he was doing after his procedure. That level of care and follow-up meant so much to us. Customer service like hers makes a huge difference. Thank you, Alma, for being so attentive and supportive, we’re very grateful!

Unprofessional and highly questionable practices at Endocare San Francisco. I was referred to this office for a root canal but decided to go to Union Square Endodontist instead for several significant reasons. From the start — things at Endocare were sketchy. When I first arrived, the very large office had no other patients in it and that was also true at two subsequent visits. Three visits, large office and absolutely no other patients. Since there was no other patients at my first visit, they were encouraging me to have the root canal on the spot which I denied without first getting coverage information from the insurance company. Once insurance gave pre-approval, the office staff still wanted to charge me more than my deducible. The staff also claimed ignorance regarding specifics of the coverage despite being a preferred provider. Among other things, they attempted to bill me for charges not allowed under their agreement with the insurance carrier. Most egregious was a charge to my insurance company of $427.00 for a full mouth scan. When I asked for a copy of the scan they claimed they couldn’t retrieve it on their system. I’m so glad I ended up going to Union Square Endodontis

I have had the pleasure of receiving 2 root canal treatments at Endocare in SF. Both have gone so well (no pain!) that I'm pretty sure I fell asleep in the chair mid procedure. Dr. Rezai is excellent as well as all of the other staff members. The front desk staff even called me the next day to check that I was doing well. If you unfortunately need a root canal, this is the place to get it 😅

Everyone in the office is so kind - from the receptionist (Alma) to the assistants and the endodontists. As someone with a fear of dentists / dental work, I felt so reassured and cared for during my initial consult and my root canal. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Endocare SF is truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had.

My journey began with unexpected pain during breakfast. Endocare SF took me as an emergency case on the same day, and finally, I received some root canal treatments. Thanks to the clinic staff, I'm grateful that we saved my teeth. Dr. Nicole Shinbori and her assistant, Riga, are wonderful! The atmosphere during visits was both professional and friendly. Generally, I'm terrified of needles and ultrasound, but the team helped me to feel at ease during the treatment. Thank you immensely!
